Return & Refund Policy

 

At Milled Goods, every Ace Divot Tool is machined by hand and inspected before it ships. We stand behind the quality of every product we make.

 

RETURNS

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmodified tools in original condition. To initiate a return, email hello@milledgoods.com with your order number. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

CUSTOM ENGRAVED ORDERS

 

Custom engraved tools are made to order and are non-refundable. If there is an error on our part with the engraving, we will remake and reship at no cost to you. Please double-check your engraving request before confirming.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

If your tool arrives damaged or defective, email hello@milledgoods.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace it at no cost to you, no questions asked.

 

EXCHANGES

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different material (brass vs stainless), please return the original item and place a new order.
